A women did this last month after crashing into a wall of an antique shop (or something similar) the shopkeeper came out and stood infront of her car. She drove into him in a similar fashion, ran a red light and threw him off the car breaking his shoulder after driving 300yards. She got 2years suspended sentence. Wheres the consistancy?
