Drag Car exhibition in Bristol

As I drive in to Bristol every morning from Wiltshire I see a car on an underpass just after I have come off of the M32, heading towards Clifton.
It appears to be there as some sort of exhibition and I am curious to know what it is about.
It seems to be some sort of citroen rally-cum-drag car with a big spoiler and a parachute on the back. Has some castrol insignia and the word droop along the side...
Any ideas?
