I hear they'll be doing one with a bigger boot. It'll be called the Knocked Up!

I can imagine what badly modified versions are going to be called.

There's a GT up! in the pipeline. Circa 110bhp and 960kg should make for a decent motor smile

I'm awaiting eagerly the followin UP variations

The Get UP - Available in coffee brown with an inbuilt cappucino maker
The Give UP - In Jewish racing gold and only capable of doing 40 mph regardless of road type (read as the myopic pensioner special)
The Pissed UP - Not a special edition more the result of a drink driving accident

That's the joke...

In Germany, you can buy a special edition that is slightly darker than the others.

It's called the BlackUp!

No, really, it is:

Must admit I like the look of them too. Most small cars have a certain cheap look to them (in my opinion) and the Fox was very cheap looking indeed but the UP I think looks very classy. Sort of like a baby Audi or BMW.

I actually wanted to like these but when I saw a (white) one the other day it just looked like a cheap fridge and not remotely classy. I wonder when people will get over it being called the Up!?

Excellent non story DM article there, based on something that isn't even sold in the UK. Also includes the classic "mate down the pub" line

Skoda might put the 1.4TSI in the Citigo, which would be cool. They tend to be a bit less conservative than their german labelmates.

Its not supposed to be classy its market is for a budget city car...what do you want FFS alcantara seats and 18inch alloys...

a 1.2TSI version will be available in mid October albeit de-tuned
