morgan 3 wheelers, company car tax & vat, how much?

it's that time of year again when i think of buying a morgan 3 wheeler, the sun is out, the air is warm & i haven't pisssed swmbo off for a few days.

one thing i do think about is the £25k+vat price tag.

now, if i were to purchase one solely for business use (semi-promotional tool i guess) & claim the VAT back would i be liable for company car tax? does anyone know how company car is calculated on a 3 wheeler??

At a guess I would think it would be treated the same as a motorbike.

However, convincing the powers that be that it is 'solely for business use' might be difficult...

yes not quite as easy as a van i should think! but say you declare duality of purpose & don't claim the VAT back & do declare it as a "company car" as such, would company car tax would you pay?
