It is "highly modified", it's just modified in a tasteless, council estate sort of way.

I don't know why that bumper has what appears to be a cold air feed hole on it either, not like the mighty 1.2L engine will be dying for more airflow.

Just why would you spend that much money on a 1.2 Corsa and one that's a Cat C too? The money he's gonna lose and have wasted is going to be in the thousands.
