Supercar/Rally experience recommendations

I know there was a thread on this a (long) while back, but couldn't find it

In short, with Father's day looming I reckon getting either a supercar or rally driving experience gift voucher sort of thing will be the best way to go this year, but I'm not really sure which ones get the best value for money, I know that some of them do leave people feeling a bit stung having paid a lot and getting very little driving time compared to others with identical prices

I was hoping that some people on here would be able to give advice or recommendations to particular ones I'm leaning towards the rally experiences over supercar, but if there's a particular one that comes recommended I'm very open We're based in Essex, so anywhere within a couple of hours drive is doable.
