I lived in Australia for several years, and one thing that really got my goat were drivers tootling around a shopping mall car park looking for a parking spot. When they saw a car that was ready to leave the tootling driver would stop and block the flow through of the car park to take that spot (they put thier indicators on...so all is good). Since I've come back to the UK I've seen this practice in supermarket car parks, in the past this never happened.
It's crap really. Stop being lazy and park a wee bit further away from the entrance door.

Don't be silly, they would rather spend 10 minutes driving around the car park to be 5 foot closer to the door than park up and be half way around their shopping in the same time. You also have to remember a lot of them seem to be fighting for the parent and child spaces, and then they conveniently leave their children (or empty baby seats that never had a child in it) in the car because these spaces are easier to park in and much closer to the door.
