Need a set to replace the Conti's that are on now for my vRS. Anyone got any experience of them? Some of said they grip really well while others have said they don't last long. Anyone used them before?

I've got some on at the moment, small improvement over the previous RE001 which were a big improvement over Toyo T1R, never tried Continentals to compare those though.

What's the wear like? My Conti's only lasted 8500 miles

I've only had them a month or two so I can't say yet - think I got somewhere around 12-15000 miles from the RE001 though - thats on a 280bhp/1500kg Legacy with plenty of enthusiastic driving.

That sounds fine. So is that with rotation of not? The vRS is about 1300kg with 180bhp at the moment so I should be fine

The reviews for the RE002 seem positive, Bridgestone have aimed it as a tuner tyre with a preference for dry grip, though officially it hasn't been launched in the UK yet :|

I'd heard of these, but couldn't find them for sale anywhere so just got the RE05A instead.

The RE050A's the the right speed rating are about £30 more. Here's the RE002 and I bought off these before so it's fine
