mini rant with no swearing

I am so very annoyed and just wanted to rant about a certain online motor factor which has a "european" dimension.

Ordered parts for my mums car (desperately needs pads but that's another story) and paid for next day delivery, thinking I would save myself a 45 mile trip to the motor factor. Five days later I have no parts, can't get through on the telephone, their web chat facility is rubbish and they won't answer any emails......

When the parts are finally delivered you'll be out and you'll have to drive 45 miles to the depot to collect them.

I've allways had good experiences with them but did stop using them when I found out they wont deliver to anywhere other than the billing address which is quite frankly retarded.

Keep trying them on the phone, from my experience of working in parts departments things can get very busy indeed. They may have issues paying their supplier for the pads and have miss forecast-ed their sales, either way your buggered if it is urgent.
