Just seen someone smash a parked cars door mirror clean off on our road so made a note of their reg no on my mobile, got home and wrote a note, shoved it in a plastic sleeve and put it under their windscreen wiper.

Probably not worth the hassle but it made me feel better

Good man. I had it done to me not long ago and didnt see who it was and no note had been left. People dont seem to care about other peoples cars. Cost me £50 for another mirror. Its not just the cost though its the hassle of sorting it out and stopping to at apologise is the least that they could do.

To be honest I wouldn't normally bother but it was on the street where we live and they were going far too fast (possibly drunk as it wasn't that tight a road!). My wife was absolutely adamant we were going to leave a note bless her, yep I'm prepared to go all the way with it Karma and all that!
