Delaminating Windscreen..

So, I think my windscreen is starting to delaminate.

I'm still in warranty, would these be something that is covered?

If it's not, what's bad about a delaminating windscreen?

the fact if i large stone flies up and hit you, there is nothing to stop the glass from shattering all over your face shoulda be enough!

First of all, a laminated windscreen won't shatter from a stone hitting it; it would have to be one seriously large stone for that to happen.
