Results were released today. This is the survey that documents the problems per 100 of new cars.



Jaguar climbed from 20th to 2nd

Some surprising results there. Look at Volkswagen, Mini and Ford. Audi not looking great either.

Seems to me that some customer perceptions of reliability are pretty wide of the mark!

So the best result is only 73 problems per 100 cars, seems high to me. Mitsubishi languishing near the bottom and Subaru as low as that surprises me as well.
