Finance with insurance companies?

Does anyone know of any companies that do deals for cars on Finance with free insurance or at a lower cost? Yes I know finance isn't the best, but 20 year old drivers insurance is overpriced on cars that i would like to drive. (I do know about the Pegueot just add fuel scheme but that doesn't intrest me.)
