This intrigued me Yesterday morning, so was wondering if the PH masses have encountered them or know what they are about.

9 am Friday morning driving down the A19 between Sunderland and 'Boro , saw a 09 plate black Focus with a small webcam type camera mounted on the nearside part of the rear hatch, and on passing it similar camera on the front middle part of bonnet....what's that all about then ?
