When buying a car, be it new or used there are many things to consider that may influence ones choice in some form or another.

The usual factors such as brand, price, performance etc etc

BUT here's the thing - does anyone consider what they will look like when seated in the car?

I'm quite a big chap at 6'2" and tend to feel that I'll look too big for a lot of smaller sports cars.

Anyone else?

I was thinking this was an odd question but then I remembered something from last year.
I'm 6'1" and out driving my TVR and spotted a Feza coming the other way.
Not very good with models of Ferrari's but this one obviously had a targa top as the driver appeared to be looking over the top of the window !!!!
Straight away I thought that it looked stupid but then realised it was a mate of my eldest brother who waved at me as we passed.
He's about About 6'2" and looked really quite bad.
Ferrari looked good though.

Although it's a minor consideration for me it does feature on the list, but quite far down and sometimes it will be overlooked completely. Although for me it's not so much "How do I look in the car?" and more "How will I fit in the car?" 6'4 and quite broad does not always make for a comfortable fit.

I always think that anyone even remotely well built looks stupid in a Z3 - they always look squashed in and the doors look too low. It's a sort of Noddy and Big Ears look. It totally put me right off Z3s.

Nah, I'm 6'5" and, although I'm quite comfortable in it, my big head probably looks fairly ridiculous through the tiny side windows of my Evora.

I never really about it to be honest, till my OH said I looked draft driving my sisters '97 Fiesta around

The other day I was behind a rather large gentleman in a old Toyota Starlet, I think.
I remember it because his part of body was outside of the drivers seat, and he kinda shifted when he needed to change gear.

I seen a rather old chap (65+) in a white Exige a few years back, he sticks out in my mind as looking a bit silly....
