car wash - sand storm??!!

Hi all,

Washed the car this morning and it looked spanking!

We then had the lightest rain shower which lasted 60 seconds.

When I went out for some shopping the car was covered in sand/dust. It.looks like each rain drop carried dust and the complete car looks like a team of dust paint ballets has had a right going over it.

The car looks crap!!

How did this happen??

The same thing happened in Devon yesterday. Both cars look a right state.
