I'm looking at a car auction on Ebay and the seller bought the car in May 2010 on Ebay. The advert is too historic to be visible in their feedback section - is there any other way I can see an advert from 2010? I'm just interested in any additional info that may be available via the first advert.

Cheers

I believe that listings are only kept on the eBay public domain system for 60 days, if not less.

You can filter by 'completed listings' on the left bar, but I have never come across being able to go back that far.

Just had a thought!

It may be listed in the users feedback as most of the time items are listed for each feedback comment.

That's the problem - I can see the transaction in the feedback, I just can't see the advert. I had hoped there may be some 3rd party site that might hold such info, I guess there isn't.

It was worth a try, but no joy I'm afraid - cheers for the link.
