On my old car I had presses steel plates that apart from having to change them for MOTs I never got pulled over for in 3 years or had any problems with.
Now I was going to buy a set for my current car from http://www.dubmeister.co.uk/webshop/uk-legal-press... but I have recently read a thread on here about someone buying carbon plates from the diva and then them turning out to be not legal.
Just wondering if anybody know if these plates are still legal or anybody who runs these plates.

I bought a set off eBay for £20, didn't need any documents as they were for 'Show Use Only'.

Had them for over a year now and have never ever been stopped. Even when it was MOT'd (by my mate at work) I asked him as an MOT tester if they could be failed and he couldn't say anything as they were the right font, right spacing and reflective

yes i run dubmeister plates and they went though the mot fine, i have been stopped by the police with them, and they havent mentioned it

i think they just have to have the bsu marking and be reflective which dubmeister plates are.

On the MOT subject I was told when getting MOT'd they where illegal and had to change them. Luckily I had spares in the boot and they where attached with Velcro anyway.

I've had dubmeister plates for a couple of years.

Never been pulled or had MOT issues. As far as I know they're 100% legal.
