Tidying up my Subaru

Afternoon PH

So, I have a Subaru Forester, 57 plate with 140k miles on it. It's an XTEN with all the Prodrive bits on it, coilovers, 18's, roll bars etc etc

Trouble is that 120k was done in about 3 years hard motorway, the remainder just pottering about and in LDN.

The car has a few dings and scratches, the interior is a bit fecked in places as I also use it for tip runs etc. Scraped leather, plastics etc

I'm in the Thames Valley and wondering if anyone has any recommendations for places who can tidy the exterior and interior without being crazy expensive.

I'm not looking to sell it, just tidy it and keep it for a few more years.

Suggestions people ?

Hi Arf i would give it a go yourself get some standard bits from Halfords, augoglym super resin polish, meguirs wax and try yourself on a nice weekend.
Im in thames valley so give me a shout if you want a hand, more then happy to help
