Sorry....what car, 8k?
Discussion
Alright everyone? Sorry to make yet another what car thread, tried to do a search but with the usual search system down, the google search didn't really bring up many results! I now have a company van so no longer have to drive anything with reasonable mpg, so I'm now looking for something with more smiles per mile in mind! I have about 8k to spend, obviously the less the better but no cheap rubbish please. I do need a
Boot even if it is tiny, more than 2 seats isnt a certain but is preferred, literally fire off ideas in my direction, It would be nice to try and think outside the box for once!
It's worth mentioning that te main car I'm looking at is a b6 Audi s4, so any opinions on them would be good. Also worth mentioning that te car would need to last me a somewhat reliable 5 years, needs to be useable enough for the odd jolly road trip and weekends away. Sorry for any formatting issues, bloody iPhones! Thanks in advance. Go!

Out of the box and you are currently looking at a fairly normal Audi??Boot even if it is tiny, more than 2 seats isnt a certain but is preferred, literally fire off ideas in my direction, It would be nice to try and think outside the box for once!

Really there's no shortage, in fact I think there are 3 threads from this week alone in GG about a similar topic and price range.
And I guess "how out of the box" do you want? In the UK I'm afraid an S4 is almost mundane and ordinary rather than a weekend car. That said I do quite like them, more so the 2.7 TT B5's though. But I'd look at them as a sensible 4 door car, not a weekend warrior.
Lotus Elise.
Doesn't match some of your criteria, but they are f
king good.
Don't believe all the crap about Lotus being unreliable either - buy a good one and it'll be fine. I did 30,000 miles in mine without any issues, just passed its second straight MOT with no advisories.
There is a boot. I can get golf clubs in it!

How about something like this:
Porsche 928 S4 Auto (1990)
95,000 miles £8,995
