I don't know what is going on, but in the last couple of days I have heard the following:
1. All trailers will require an MoT from next year.
2. From the same date you will only be able to tow trailers over 750kg with a vehicle over a certain size/weight/engine capacity.
3. Transfer of registrations from pre 1960 vehicles is to be banned from this November.
I can't find any sensible reference to any of this stuff on the Internet, so does anyone know whether there is even a grain of truth in any of these rumours, or is it all just b
