I have some replacement tyres for my Off Road toy.

It is mainly for Green Laning and local off road events.

I have aquired a set if mud terrain tyres 30inch FOC, that are bigger than the stop gap tyres on it at the moment (skinny and only 27inch).

Question is they are rather cracked on the side walls there the tread mounds into the walls, I guess this is from been used at low pressure when off roading in the past.

Cracks are deep but there is no visible stress on the inner walls

Would they be ok for what I want them for?

when the weight comes crashing down on just one tyre and it splits and your stuck in mud :/

I wouldnt advise it personally. (ex tyre fitter)

wouldn't dream of using tyres with cracks in on anything, let alone a 4x4 where it might leave you stuck in mud!!
