How long for insurance to update system??

Fuming! The sun came out this morning so thought I'd quickly tax the bike and go for a ride. The online tax disc site said they could not find insurance for my bike. Now I' bought and payed for insurance on tuesday. It's now Sunday. Surely that's enough time.?

However. I've just realised that as I've recently moved I updated my insurance to the new address but have yet to change the v5 document to the new address, could this be my issue. Arrgghh!

The ins co have 7 days to update the MID, and they are within this time period. Now if it isn't on there this Wednesday coming...
