I need to find a small automatic with cruise control for my daughter who has a degenerating physical problem. She currently has a Panda that she loves (it speaks to her in Italian on bluetooth!), but is not auto nor has CC. Her 4 year old 8000 mile Panda is worth £4k(?)- she only does 2kmiles pa & she has another £3-4 available at a pinch. What small autos with CC are out there apart from knackered MINIs?

I think some models of the Suzuki Swift are auto and cruise control. Some of the top spec Micras do as well.

I think some non-cruise control cars can have it retrofitted by dealer or specialist.

If she is eligible for motobility, then it is worth looking at carefully as there are other adaptations available.

Thanks - Colts seem the most available, next Honda Jazz, Nissan Micras, then a few Fiestas Swifts & Corsas.(all overpriced!)
Is the Colt any good? Not a bundle of fun though!

Cruise control can be an aftermarket fit to most vehicles, just a little heads up to widen your search
