Some adverse publicity for ICE.PLC

In anticipation of needing some Euros to fund my foreign travels I contracted to a travellers currency card called ICE.PLC.

My purpose in writing this thread is to strongly advise you to avoid anything to do with ICE.PLC.
I have effectively loaned them nearly one thousand Euros since May
and each time I went to an ATM or went to pay a bill, the card was refused so instead I resorted to my HSBC business card.
If you have made the same mistake as I made, I urge you to change
to another bank (because thats what ICE is - effectively a bank - but I doubt they are regulated in any way).
They really just don't care.
