How long for a new screen?

In the past I have had a replacement screen in a matter of just a few days (tops) but I currently need a new one and there was a 2 week wait, then they brought the incorrect screen. Another 2 week wait for a re-booking and they did the same again and now a 3rd 2 week wait for the correct one again.

Six weeks it'll be!

That is crazy but is it normal to have such slow service these days?

It's not for anything obscure btw, just my Accord Tourer.
