Quick Q - Golf mk4 & mk5 alloy offsets - same?

Hi,

Quick question for Golf folks or anyone else that knows : is the offset the same on mk5 Golf 205/55/16s and mk4 Golf 195/65/15 alloys? I'm guessing it probably is but just want to be sure before I make a bid. I asked the seller but he doesn't know. And are they are straight swap without any rubbing issues on full lock and fit over the existing brakes okay? Thanks.

MK4 abd MK5 have different PCD so you can't swap wheels.
