I am getting more and more annoyed at the attitude of people in this country and the fact they know what's right all think they have the right to "police" our roads (amongst other things).

I will use just one example.

Last week, a moped type motorbike drove into my car at a roundabout and drove off.

I "chased" him-I wanted his details or money to pay for the damage.

During that "chase" I was held up at a set of lights he went trough on red and took a right turn. Upon turning right myself, a car pulled out from a side road and proceeded along road at 20 mph (30 limit) so I (legally) overtook.

At the next set of lights where biker was at the front, I was behind 3 cars. Overtaken man pulls up behind, ranting etc (I totally ignored him) and then drove round me and pulling across my front end a bit-and blocking traffic in the opposite direction.

When the lights changed, I waited for him to go and he the stopped at the line until the lights turned red and drove through them. (I wont tell you the final outcome-you would all mental and recommend the death sentence no doubt)

WTF is that all about? Why do that? I performed a clean, legal overtake.

But its everywhere now. I see it happening to others all the time-lights being flashed for overtaking, for turning etc etc etc. Often its someone pulling from the middle lane to the outside lane because they think someone approaching is going too fast.

And do you know what's worse of all? You lot on here are the fking worst offenders. A poster comes on here and you lot go utterly off topic and berate him for something else eg "Having driven from London to Manchester in 1 hour I parked up and when I came back someone had crashed into my car in the car park".

Usual PH response now would be " Well, it serves you right for driving so fast" blah blah blah.

Why cant everyone keep their noses out of everyone else business?

You 'dis-respected' him by overtaking him. In his eyes you might as well have dragged his missus out of the car and shagged her in front of him at the roadside.

Of course he'll be a coward so the only way he can assert himself is by using his car as a weapon. When the black kids dis-respect each other they get stabbed.

Wouldn't it have been more prudent to take the moped's reg (they do have regs don't they) and report him for leaving the scene of an accident? Apologies if I'm picked this up wrong.

You probably hadn't noticed, but mopeds are rather smaller than cars and therefore it's much easier to make progress in traffic. It's one of the reasons they are quite popular for commuting on apparently.
