What kind of turd does that ?

It is like those that drop bits of concrete off bridges, they need removing from the gene pool.

And this was just a child, who I imagine wasn't going too fast. Imagine someone on a fully fledged racer type bike going Mach 1. Might have taken someones head off! I would imagine it was 'youths' who thought it would be hilarious.

A friend who lives in Newport South Wales drove through a length of fishing wire someone had strung across the road on her lovely estate. Got out and chased the kids concerned but they got away. If that had been a motorcyclist or even regular cyclist doing 30+ mph that could have been fatal. The world is full of s, and having been to Treharris it strikes me as exactly the sort of place you'd find people who'd do that.

Calm down. Stuff like this doesn't happen very often. I'm not excusing it, but people in this country live fairly peaceful lives compared to most people in the world.

Australia is popular. Here's a taste from the Sydney Morning Herald this morning:

"A 67-year-old man has severe head injuries after being punched during a fight at a caravan park in Port Macquarie, on the NSW mid north coast."

"Thomas Kelly, known as Tom to his close friends and family, died after being ''king hit'' by an unknown assailant as he walked with his first girlfriend and a female colleague along Victoria Street in Kings Cross about 10pm last Saturday."

"A man has fired at least two shots on the outskirts of Sydney's CBD early this morning, police say."

"An elderly woman died after being knocked off her mobility scooter in Forbes yesterday.
The 84-year-old was crossing Bedgerebong Road shortly before 5pm when she was hit by a Ford Laser and sustained multiple injuries."

"A woman was robbed and then run over in Newcastle's CBD yesterday afternoon.
The 25-year-old woman was attacked by a man and woman after withdrawing a large sum of money from a bank on Hunter Street shortly before 4pm."

Because st things only happen in the UK.....
