Never done this before but could do with some help in a market of which I have no experience. To add to the confusion this is for a purchase in Greece.
The options are a new Dacia Duster in "Ghia" trim or a 2008/9 VW Tiguan 35k to 80k kms, with the 1.4 turbo engine; both will be 4 x 4 transmission. The reason for the small engine requirement is you get well and truely raped in Greece on VED if you have anything over 1928cc.
The Dacia is a bit of an unknown but the VW is likely to be more like the BMW/Range Rover style I have been used to in the UK.
I tow a 1500kg boat and trailer hence the 4 x 4 requirement.
