I've googled wheel trolley and wheel stands and no joy.
They're metal frames that have little castor wheels on the bottom and you sit your car wheels in them, so if you had four you could wheel the car round the workshop like a tea trolley.

My workshop to be's at a funny angle so I want to drive the car in at an angle and point the nose at the corner, jack the back up, put the two back wheels in these little trolley things, then push the rear of the car sideways so it's parallel to the wall.

Go jacks have 2 arms that go either side of the tyre and you pump them up.
Removes the need for the jack

Think "Go Jack" was a brand name. Would just call them dollies.

Or alternatively you can just put the trolley jack under the diff (assuming its rwd) and push it sideways & let it down....always worked for me!
