Well, yes. Every day, but not at all times and not on all roads in all situations. My daily commute is 23 miles and takes in NSL A-Roads, M-Way, semi-urban, and urban roads and my speed varies to the conditions.
Take this morning: the A5 was quiet, so a steady 70, the M54 was pretty busy and as it's only a two-laner, that time of the morning means L1 doing 60 and L2 doing 65, so I just loped along at 60 in L1 (with a nice big gap in front of me, compared to L2 cars with less than a car length between them
). Willenhall was much busier than usual, and there are lots of schools on my route in, so even when there was a clear bit of urban road I'd nudge 30 but kept it in 3rd gear. The last mile or so I probably did 25 max.
On the way home, the '54 was ok for an indicated 80. As was the A5.
I'm sitting here now, typing this, so neither myself or anyone else was murderdeathkilled by my driving today.
I s' pose I use posted limits for guidance rather than strict adherance.

Thinking about it, if there is no traffic holding me up I pretty much constantly drive over the limit.
When I took my map off I had to drive my car very steadily for various reasons, I spent most of my time in the left lane following other cars and I couldn't believe how slow 95% of people drive. It felt unnatural and I almost died of boredem on serveral occations.
