can someone explain why this is sold as export only

it has German Documents and is RHD

surely if it's in the UK all the documents could be easily changed

I asked why they were selling as export only and they said it just was and didn't say anything else

Most likely a scam of some description.

The car is stolen or just doesn't exist. You pay a deposit, they promise to deliver it to the port of your choice and it never turns up.
