MOT History missing first 2 MOTs...?

As part of my checking out a car I plan to buy process, I took the V5 Ref to check historic MOTs on the internet (to check mileage and how bad advisories have been in it's previous ownership).

Anyway, it's a Puma first registered in June 2001, but the earliest MOT on the VOSA page is June 2006 at 31k miles.

Do MOTs without advisories not show up, or am I being a 'tard in thinking they start from 3 years old?

I just assumed it should have one for June 2004 and 2005.

It might be that the MOT electronic records only go as far back as 2006.

Don't think they where computerised before 2006.
