As good as they profess to be?

Any users here?

Got an 8yr old Jag. Quote was circa £700 iirc.

I've used them and they're pretty good.

Made a couple of claims and they paid out as expected.

It would appear that they are moving away from a 'no quibble' wear and tear approach to a 'premature failure' approach. The premature failure approach starts to introduce more discretion into accepting the claim and therefore is starting to feel a bit too much like the 'weasel words' that Quentin Wilson ses to want to avoid...

Apparently Warranty Direct offer a proper wear and tear schedule.

Warranty on an 8 year old car?

Won't be worth the paper it's written on.

Stick the money in the bank for when something goes wrong and the odds are you'll come out way ahead.
