Morning All,

Just after some advice and opinions, I'm thinking about putting some tools down to start producing Carbon Fibre mirror scalps, now I thought this place would give me a good insight in to which model/variant to go with, I have a few ideas but feedback is always appreciated.

Currently supply to a few automotive companies (I can't say who as various parts are about to be released in the next few weeks) but looking at more 'affordable' mainstream vehicles and also back fill the market if people want to upgrade.

What's your thoughts?

Go hunt down your nearest chav gathering and find out what cars they have improved

As above.

With youth unemployment and massive insurance hikes that's a tricky market.

Check anything that's cheap to insure. Vauxhall's tend to be the chariots of the poor (speaks from experience).

Not looking to fill the 'chav' market, we don't this now and never would...

Currently supply high end and it's all genuine carbon products, not wrapped, not mounted on an original OEM parts, etc..

These are/would be direct replacement parts same as OEM but made from Carbon Fibre (finished in either high gloss or matt lacquer)

My first thoughts were Scirroco, Golf, etc... but as I say I'm after the thoughts of a wider audience..
