Spotted in Mayfair: Veyron, Lambo, Koenigsegg. 2 carrying the same plate (simply 555), the other 444. Is this legal? No country identification.

No not legal but a £30 FPN is hardly going to damage the wallet of a Veyron owner

Those are not UK plates.
Wrong font, wrong colour and no letters.
Could be Guernsey registered.

Some countries have a reg assigned to a driver rather than a car, e.g. historic vehicles in Germany. Maybe Guernsey has this system
