scratch along my car! :(

Earlier today had my car valeted and washed so looks just like new again 
quick inspection and i was happy to hand money over. Ive used them plenty times before for a wash so i know they're respectable. Been for a long shop at tesco and noticed a van parked REALLY close to my passenger door side. I got the torch out on my phone and noticed a some long scratches along the passenger and passenger rear doors! I can only presume the daft 
couldnt get out, was wearing some form of abrasive clothing and left nice scratch marks down side of my car. Now they are only surface scratches and can be polished out but its not the point! There was a million fking spaces at this time and he parks next to me. fking boils my blood! I just think why bother looking after my car sometimes
