Removing a rounded Torx bolt

Whats the best way to get a rounded Torx bolt out in an area with very restricted access?

No room for a hammer, very unlikely to be able to get a drill in...

A bigger (or smaller depending on if its male or female) torx bit and whack it on hard with a hammer and see if that shifts it?

Can you get an 'easy out' in there? I.e. enough room for a ratchet?

The problem is space and access. Won't get a hammer or Dremel near it. Maybe a bolt extractor. Will get one tomorrow and try...

try larger torx bit, bit for removing rounded phillips screws (it re-cuts them sort of). if not get a drill bit in there to remove it and re-tap the hole out slightly larger. you cant re-use that bolt anyway.
out of interest, what is it on?

It's on the rocker cover. Won't get a drill on it.

Have you tried tightening it?

Also be careful with easyouts are they are made from silly hard metal that just laughs at drills

Easy outs and drilling are a waste of time ime, weld a nut on there if possible..
