The girls were with his mates. How far up his own arse would you like him to be in order to start vetting which girls his mates are allowed near?

There is a phrase that crops up on this forum with alarming regularity:

'I know it's the Mail, but...'

Thing is, it seems to be pretty-much the only paper anyone links anything from, and yet they're in denial that they're a Daily Mail reader.

It's almost like 'I'm not racist but...' I suspect that (and given the perma-gloominess and miserablism that permeates much of the fora, I see no reason why it wouldn't be true) this place is actually full of Mailists.

Scary thought, that.

That's a bit defensive! Are you Lewis's dad?

I think the OP was just wondering (like the rest of us) what he was doing hanging out with a bunch of mingers!! smile

To you, are women human beings or items to be judged on arbitrary boundaries of 'quality' like cash-crops, livestock or jewellery?

You come across as a revolting relic. ps off back to the Seventies.

Do you mean yourself and the OP.

I believe the story in the above paper is aimed at the likes of people who read OK or cosmo or whatever other girly magazines are printed.

No, just sick of the crappy celebrity culture and the crappy newspapers that feed on it. Some photographs come in of Hamilton out with some mates and they are immediately trying to find an angle on it. If Hamilton had told his friends that they could FRO unless they found some better looking girls, the story would be that he is a terrible snob, he's changed, etc.

The fact that he still has time for "normal" people he grew up with is a positive thing, IMO.
