French toll transponder APRR

I went with the APRR transponder as discussed/recommended in this forum.

But having received it I am having trouble logging on to my account.

First time login seems to need my postcode as password, but having used the same one as on my post package, it does not work, nor does requesting an email if my login is not accepted.

There also seems to be a card requesting bank details to be sent back with an authorisation.

Can anyone shed any light on this process?

I used one recently. Put in my bank details online and didn't get a card to fill in. I'd give them a bell.

I Got a Sanef transponder from Sanef UK, you do it all online, havnt heard of any other types?
