Air Brushing Advice

Having always been a bit 'arty' and a serious petrolhead, I fancy equiping myself and having a go at air-brushing - purely for my own enjoyment, not 'commercial'.

Is there any kind soul out there in PHer Land, that could help me with some basic advice/that I could direct some basic questions at?
