Car stereo just with radio and mp3 input

Looking to replace my car stereo with a cheap unit that just has a radio function and a method of connecting a phone or ipad. Don't have cds anymore so don't need that function. Any suggestions for a cheapo unit that would do the job? The radio transmitter types, or cassette adaptors don't seem to work that well.

Fitted the Beat 185. Works fine, (just had to change the red and yellow wires.) My mobile phone charges and plays through the USB. No more mass of cables, wireless transmitters, cigarette lighter sockets. Does the job for £40!
