tIts a scam.
It saps all the power from your alternator to make an eggcup full of hydrogen after about 10h driving, then it feeds it into your inlet where it does sod all. Supposedly improving your power and increasing your mpg.
Water = Oxygen and Hydrogen.
Its a very old scam.
This is one you could buy in the 1920's for your model T ford
Not to be confused with steam injection, that works very well! But it wont improve your MPG.
