London Congestion Charge Zone question

I have to collect a customer from a hotel in Sussex Gardens, Paddington W2 next week. Despite my best efforts I am confused.

Several Google searches throw up conflicting results. So, simple question is it inside the CC zone? Will I need to pay a charge to get to Sussex Gardens coming in from M4/A4?

The whole of Sussex Gardens is outside the CC zone.

So unless you get lost and/or take a convoluted route you shouldn't have to pay coming in from the A4/M4.
