This was exactly my thoughts when a kid asked for a lift in the VX when I stopped at some lights.If you went around in a super car letting kids who are interested in it have a sit in it/a ride, it wouldn't be long before you have people calling you a paedophile.

I wonder what 'level' of car would appeal to a a 7-11 year old boy. Proper supercar - or more normal Porsche, Aston etc etc.
I remember getting a lift in a Mk2 Jag when I was about 7 and being amazed at how quiet and comfy it was (used to a Vauxhall Chevette!).
Edited to add - sorry, I realise that trying to "appeal" to a 7-11 year old boy could come across as a bit paedo, but you know what I mean!

I was lucky enough to be invited along on a visit to a local childrens hospice with the local Ferrari Owners club.
Even though I was just in a 911 turbo, the kids seemed to really appreciate it, and it was great to feel that owning the car had brough some pleasure to somebody else (even the tiniest miniscule amount) for a change.
(maybe the kids were just asking for pictures standing next to my car so I didn't feel left out with all the attention the nice Ferraris were getting...
)
