This may have already been noticed and commented on............but Spyker are attempting to sue GM for $3 billion. It all sounds very messy and it appears to me that somebody is chancing their luck to make a fast buck.

The whole issues surrounding Saab, Spyker and CPP has been such a mess in the recent past.

I hope they win. Saab and Spyker together would've been good for both brands, being that Spyker also like to push a connection to aeronautical engineering.
It won't bring Saab back but GM deserve a kick in the teeth for allowing it to die.
