Without looking at the document, if the proposal's anything like Luxembourg's "Controle Technique", it'll be a DODDLE!
Here they DON'T check,
- screens for stonechips/cracks
- wiper blades
- wiper function
- washer function
- seatbelts
...and that's just from memory, I'm sure there's a whole lot more they don't check.

What they DO check for, however, is that you've a fking fleccy vest and a warning triangle. If you don't have that in your car when it's tested = FAIL.

What the titty fking Christ is the point of the test?

My car's off for it's waste of time test on Weds p.m.
