Wheel gurus, What are these wheels?

I bought them for £60 off a mate with another Mx5 thinking they were the original daisy style mx5 wheels, apparently they're not

They look like they're split and they come apart, they have stickers with jap writing on the back.

I'm thinking if they're way better than daisys i may have got a bargain?

Look like replicas of some other wheel to me. Maybe reps of Image RM's or Watanabe RS8's. Loads of wheels use this type of minilite-esque style though. Is there nothing stamped on the back face of the wheel? At a guess I'd say they were fake splits too, they always tend to have a insane number of "bolts".

Still, £60 for a set of wheels with tyres isn't bad.

They have two stickers on back with jap writing, couldnt see any other markings, may take one off tommorow and have a proper look.

But yeah regardles what they are for £60 they're a bargain, they're only temp to last me till i can buy some wheels i want

Look like Watanabe replicas to me although they could be the real deal! Lovely for a cheap set though - managed to blag a tidy set of 15" Enkei's for our mk1 for £70 at the weekend with tyres - can't complain for that price!

They're made by Black Racing and as mentioned copies of Watanabe split rims.

I have some of the 15 inch versions on my eunos.


They can look really nice but I wouldn't want to keep them clean
