HELP - Driving experience advice needed

Hi

Firstly, I know nothing so please bear with me. I need a gift for my partner's birthday as he is a big car fan. I have looked at two options so far as follows;

I know he has mentioned liking the idea of driving an Ariel Atom before but I am unsure what the difference is between that (offered at 6th gear) and the Renault car (at Thruxton).

Oh and do I get 20% off at 6th gear for being a PH or is this unlikely as the experience is already on offer?? Thanks
